In the weeks since Firmament: Reversal Zone was released, I’ve been very happy to see how readers have been enjoying it thus far. Honestly, I think it’s my favorite of the four books that are currently out. And I’ve actually been sitting on the idea since before the Firmament series even began–the basic premise was part of my very first sci-fi enterprise, Journey to Eternity. Like most early attempts of mine, this story was not much good at all, but I loved the idea of the reversal and tucked it away for later. More than ten years later.

Finally, the release date for Firmament: Reversal Zone! It is now available on Kindle, and I’m making the last few tweaks to the paperback, so it should be up in a few days.
In the meantime, head on over to Bookish Orchestrations for the blog tour kickoff, which includes three giveaways–one for each of the three previous books!
I think this is my favorite in the series, so far–I’m so excited to share it with all of you!
Also, head over to the Firmament Series website to read the prologue for Reversal Zone.

Just a few days before Firmament: Reversal Zone is available! I’m getting positively giddy at the thought of sharing it with you. I got to thinking, though, what if somebody is interested, but hasn’t read the rest of the series? So to help out with that, I’m making the Firmament: Radialloy ebook a free download for the week! Starting tomorrow and going through Saturday the 8th, you can get the first book in the series free. What about the second book, Firmament: In His Image? It’ll be 99c for that time. And the third, Firmament: Machiavellian? It’ll be $1.99. This … Keep readingPosted in Writing | Tagged ebooks, Firmament, free, In His Image, Machiavellian, new releases, news, Radialloy, Reversal Zone, sale | 2 Comments September 26, 2016
Well, I haven’t posted in almost a month, contrary to my most sincere desires. My schedule these days looks a bit like this:
Get up around 6:30 to head to the gym.
Work out for about 45 minutes.
Get to work by 8:00 and spend the day answering phones, entering things into the computer, and finding little snippets of time to write where I can.
Get off work at 5:00 and find some dinner, then do one of three things:
– Write/other work – Hang out with my boyfriend – Socialize in some manner–church, writers group, friends, etc.
Then collapse … Keep readingPosted in Life, Writing | Tagged art, busyness, Captain Trent, covers, creativity, Firmament, new releases, news, pre-order, Reversal Zone, schedule, series | 8 Comments March 2, 2016
New month, new project. I was finally able to wrap up my work on Firmament: Gestern, book five in the series, last month, and now I’m ready to move ahead with publishing the fourth! I’m extra excited about this one. First, because it’s a plotline I’ve wanted to use for years and I think people are really going to enjoy it, second, because it’s been way too long since I published a Firmament novel, and third, because I already have cover art for this one and there’s just something so brilliant about seeing the cover art for your book.
