I didn’t even check to see how long it’s been. I know it’s been a very long time. I have a plethora of reasons — excuses? — including pregnancy, surgery, a toddler, moving, and most importantly being locked out of this domain by our old wi-fi. But thanks to the moving, that is finally resolved, and I can post again!

Sadly, I still haven’t been able to get my Firmament Series website back up. That one isn’t an internet issue, but rather something where it appears the domain was hacked, then locked, and is now inaccessible. I’ve contacted multiple people about it and gotten nowhere, which is very disheartening. If you have any insight on how to fix this, please let me know!

But at least I can be back here again. As you can see, I’ve been very busy with life things — I am currently twenty-four weeks pregnant, my daughter is one year old (she is walking around the room playing with toys even as I type), I’ve successfully recovered from gallbladder surgery, and we have a new (two-bedroom!) home. But I have also been doing some writing. Not as much as I would have liked, but I have been slowly but surely finishing edits on Firmament: No Man and have completed another project that will be announced soon.

I have some fun blog events prepared for the coming months, and I will write more soon, but before all of that gets kicked off, I wanted to say howdy and put out a little re-introductory post since it’s been so very long! I’m looking forward to being able to share more here — I’ve missed blogging!
